Role Overview: We are looking for a D2C Lead to drive Profitable growth on D2C business, leading efforts for customer Acquisition & Retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create multi-channel plan to deliver Monthly & Quarterly D2C business goals
2. Drive performance on various marketing channels : Meta, Google, as well as Organic, Direct and Affiliate sources of revenue and traffic
3. Come up with insights regularly on Creative themes: whats working, whats not working. Accordingly, brief the Creative team to ensure we have high performing material across the funnel
4. Own Website optimization and A/B testing to deliver conversion rates
5. Track full funnel metrics closely & ensure everything is in order
6. Ownership of customer Retention Marketing activities that add Value to the Customers & deliver high Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
1. 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving consistent growth for D2C brands, from brand or agency side
2. Experience working on Health & Wellness brands will be a plus
3. Strong understanding of drivers that influence Growth on D2C, and various Metrics along the funnel that ultimately deliver high ROAS
4. Ability to understand the Creative Strategy & recommend changes
5. Working knowledge of Retention tools & Customer journeys
6. Top notch problem-solving & analytical skills
