Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Certifications in safety management (OSHA, etc. ) highly desirable.
