Ensurematerials, tools, and equipment are available on-site in a timely manner toavoid project delays.
Monitor andcontrol material wastage and manage site resources efficiently.
Act as apoint of contact between the project manager, workers, and externalstakeholders.
Provideregular progress reports and updates to senior management.
