• Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities.
• Safety Management:
• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Respond to accidents and incidents promptly.
• Material Management:
• Monitor material deliveries and storage.
• Ensure proper material handling and utilization.
• Team Management:
• Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and progress reports.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for billing and payments.
