Overview
The Business Financial Leader is a critical position within our organization, responsible for steering financial strategy and operational excellence aligned with the company s vision. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual forecasts, adjusting projections based on business trends.
  • Manage the assessment of financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with departments to support their financial decision-making processes.
  • Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide guidance on cost-effective resource allocation across various projects.
  • Work with external partners to implement best financial practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments with thorough financial assessments.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
  • Establish financial performance KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Influence strategic planning initiatives by providing relevant financial analyses.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Master s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Proficient with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience in a senior finance role in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
  • Certification as a CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving financial performance improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
