Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports
• Maintaining books of accounts
• Day to day accounting work.
• Ledger scrutiny & reconciliation of payable & receivable.
• Intercompany balance reconciliation
• Statutory Compliances and Timely Closure of Statutory Audit
• Resolving Audit Queries & finalizing the books of accounts
• Coordination with Internal and Statutory auditors, providing the data for audit and addressing audit queries.
• Preparation, maintenance and updating of Fixed Assets Register as per Accounting Standard.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualifications: B.com/M.BA/PG
• 5-8 years experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Tally, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in managing audits and dealing with regulatory authorities is preferred.
