Role & responsibilities
1. Convert student (enquiry / leads) into admission.
2. Counsel students and apprising them with program features, pedagogy, curriculum.
3. Clarify and handle questions pertaining to course, program selection and career planning.
4. Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.
5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi
6. Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance.
7. Right attitude to work in a start-up environment.

They appreciate their employees every month with handful amount of incentives, the higher authority is very good and I do like the work culture. Provide salary on time.
- Salary - Excellent
Commitment issues are there when it comes to working remotely. Partiality among old and new employees and even gender partiality too. Not in all states or centres I can say but at under whom I worked they were partial.
