Sunstone - Program Manager (1-3 yrs)

What you'll do:

- Prior experience in a role focusing on solving business problems & challenges through data.

- Understand business requirements, convert them into analytical solutions and identifying the right fields in the data to solve business problems.

- Identification, execution & delivery of programs & projects targeted on designing and/or improving operational processes

- Align all stakeholder functions & work closely across verticals to execute & deliver projects.

- Happy to manage own tasks responsibly and work independently, with little supervision, towards a common objective

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

What you must have:

- 1-2 years of program management, reporting, project hand-on experience.

- Should be a great conversationalist who can hold their ground with people

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving & story-telling abilities with analytical mindset

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity.

- Ability and willingness to learn on the job.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proficient in Excel / GSheet for data analysis and reporting
