Role & responsibilities

• Lead the process of site selection for solar projects, considering factors such as solar irradiance, grid connection, and environmental impact.
• Manage land acquisition negotiations and agreements with landowners or relevant authorities.
• Identification and evaluation of proposed site for Solar projects, survey of proposed Land & Verification/determination of land price.
• Scrutiny and verification of all land related documents. Preparation of feasibility reports, preliminary Notes on the property, title reports, and search reports.
• Land acquisition of private/revenue land, preparation of papers and co-ordination with various revenue officers for getting necessary permission from Govt. authorities.
• Liaison with various Govt. Dept. viz. Revenue, Panchayats, Taluka /subdivision / district level bodies.
• Preparing the legal opinions by following applicable law and rules.
• Drafting of all types of Deeds (Agreement to Sell, Sale deeds, GPAs, MOUs, Lease deeds etc.)
• Legal correspondence, liaison with various departments for obtaining development approvals for solar farm projects.
• Co-ordination with the Revenue Dept. (Commissioner/Collector/ADM/SDM/Tehsildar / patwari etc) and Registration Dept. (SRO, DRO, Land Records department) for land acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Land Acquisition for Solar Power Projects in respective state.
• Capability of handling the entire process of land acquisition independently.
• Ability to work on MS office, PPT.
• Any Graduate/Post-Graduate, preferred from civil background
