Manage and supervise the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Conduct financial analysis and interpretation of data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to facilitate audits, tax filings, and banking relationships.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecasts, and targets, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial planning, investment analysis, and business expansion initiatives.

Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize financing arrangements and capital structure.

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Master's degree in Commerce (M com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, taxation, banking, and finance management, preferably in a manufacturing Industry.

Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
