Managing day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Preparing and maintaining accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Managing the company's payroll process including preparing paychecks, maintaining payroll records, and filing payroll taxes.Conducting periodic audits of financial data and preparing reports for senior management.Preparing and filing various tax forms such as 1099s, W2s, and state sales tax returns.US Accounting Executives should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
