Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging content that represents and promotes various branches of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, camera handling, and editing software to deliver impactful end-to-end content optimised for diverse social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production:
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics, for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas tailored to each branch's specific audience and objectives.
• Camera Operations:
• Handle professional cameras and related equipment for photoshoots and video production.
• Ensure technical excellence in capturing visuals, including lighting, framing, and sound.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit videos, photos, and graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Deliver polished content with attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
• Social Media Optimisation:
• Adapt content formats to suit different social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends to maximise reach and engagement.
• Coordination & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their content needs and align with organisational goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Content Analytics:
• Track performance metrics of published content across platforms and optimise strategies based on insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, camera handling, and editing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Other Skills:
• Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.
• Understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
