Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring collection targets are achieved consistently over daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
• Collecting information from corporate on the delinquency cases to plan the collection/recovery actions depending on the timelines and collection bucket priorities.
• Visiting customers and persuading to release payments on time to avoid potential NPA situation.
• Tracking and connecting with delinquent cases who are on the defaulter list regularly, to recover outstanding dues.
• Ensuring reduction in NPL for the branch to maintain quality portfolio of loan.
• Coordinates with zonal and legal receivables team for initiating timely and appropriate actions against defaulters and recovering from NPA accounts.
• Ensuring collections are deposited as per the operational guidelines.
• Tracking and following up for collection of cheques from the customers.
• Collecting, preparing and sharing collections MIS including portfolio performance, NPA, collections, projections etc.
• Ensuring compliance requirements are not compromised by maintaining zero tolerance for non-compliance.
• Review of NPA, recovery, auctions identified accounts and ensuring collection of 100% on a monthly basis.
• Building and maintaining cordial relationship the regulatory authorities such as local courts, police station, regulatory authorities etc to enable effective management of defaulters as and when it is required.
• Participating in review meetings periodically to understand the collection status, projections and performance including collecting feedback and guidance for performance improvement.
• Ensuring reduction in possessed and unsold stock

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for meeting the individual recovery targets by focusing on curtailing delinquencies, reducing NPL and maximizing arrear collections achieved through effective planning and regular follow ups.
