Sr. Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Lead generation from open market and convert them into valuable business.
• Maintaining good relationships with DSA, Connectors and Builders and generate Leads from them.
• Achieve business target on monthly basis.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
• Ability to maintain good relationship with customer and resolve customer query/issues.
• Ensure getting quality files with correct documentation as per company policy.
• Maintain long term relationship with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Candidate should be a Graduate
• Should have at least 1 + yrs of experience in selling Home loans & Mortgage loans
• Should have good communication skills and good knowledge in home loan industry.
• Should be confident, energetic, hardworking and zeal to learn and a go-getter attitude
• Should be a team player.
