Job Title: Tech Sales- Head/Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and increasing revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, strategic, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires an individual who can drive business growth through prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Generate Leads:
- Research and identify potential clients in new and existing markets.
- Develop a lead-generation strategy to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Engage in regular meetings and communication to understand client needs and offer
solutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Present the company's products or services to potential clients and close deals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze client requirements and identify gaps that can be addressed by the companys
products or services.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop strategies to expand market
presence.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve the companys offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and progress.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor's or A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (industry-specific
experience may be preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth and sales target achievement.
- Number of new client acquisitions.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Lead conversion rate and pipeline management.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, office-based or remote depending on company policy.
- Travel may be required for client meetings and events.
Work Timing : 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Week offs: All Sundays / 2nd & 4th Saturdays
