Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Evertogen Life Sciences Limited. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in M.Pharm or an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, Marketing, or International Business, with 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and driving sales growth in both domestic and international markets for pharmaceutical formulations. Key tasks include client acquisition, market research, sales strategy execution, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business goals. The role offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion while developing valuable industry relationships and enhancing professional skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for pharmaceutical formulations in domestic and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential distributors and clients
  • Explore new product opportunities and suggest product portfolio expansions based on market trends
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and market entry plans
  • Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, MOUs, and agreements with clients and partners
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
  • Identify new trends in pharmaceutical formulations and recommend growth strategies
  • Gather insights on regulatory requirements for new market entry
  • Work closely with Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • Support regulatory documentation and dossier submissions for international markets

General Expectations and Past Experiences:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations (Tablets, Capsules, and Sachets)
  • Experience in domestic and international sales, contract manufacturing, and licensing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, MHRA, etc.) for export markets
