Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BMRs, SOPs, Record sheets, study protocols, and related documents for upstream activity.
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Records and related documents in Upstream.
- QMS handlings i.e. initiation and closure of change control, deviation, CAPA , trackwise related to Bulk Manufacturing (BM).
- Tracking of inventory of consumables used in manufacturing and support for 3 shifts.
- Supporting for internal audits at facility and SAP related activities in upstream process.
- To understand and follow the safety practices and usages of PPEs in Bulk manufacturing facility and during process.
- Execution of scale up of development batches in bulk manufacturing facility.
- Ensure facility monitoring, readiness and maintenance of BM facility.
- Coordination with engineering department on tracking and completion of preventive maintenance of upstream equipments and instruments.
- Following of Good Documentation Practices such as online documentation like BMR, Equipment log, Record sheets in Upstream Process.
- Following up with vendors on equipment and instrument related to Upstream Process.
- Involving in safety training related activities and training the lab boys.
