The Quality Control (QC) Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products through rigorous testing, inspections, and adherence to industry standards. This role involves conducting quality checks, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company standards before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform analytical testing using laboratory equipment and instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV, GC).
• Review and approve laboratory test results and product specifications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests, results, and related documentation.
• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Prepare quality control reports and assist in audits by regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth quality control processes.
