Executive Database Management (Supply Chain)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Item Master Maintenance-Responsible for introduction, changes and deletion of all items within as per NPIs and SOPs. This includes the rejection, discontinue, alert for FGs.
• Update and revise Bill of Material information in SAP according to art revisions and effective dates as per the AMS and NPI
• To issue Change Controls on time.
• To ensure OSM data is complete and added to tracelink for serialization and aggregation
• Update Blue Box information and provide Stewardship Provincial reports.
• Knowledge and understanding of AMS
• Complete all GMP Documentation correctly and in a timely manner
• Complete Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s)
• Initiate, and follow through with actions required to close Change Controls
• On time completion of Master Data or launches, new items and revisions
• Change Control completion on time
• No production downtime due to inaccurate data

WHO YOU ARE:

• Educational Qualification: University degree / Diploma in Business Administration / APICS Training / APICS Certificate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in production industry
• Working knowledge of SAP, OSM, Tracelink
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows; Excel, Word, Power Point
• SOP writing skills.
