Job Description
- Planning and handling of packing activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per RFC.
- To handle and solve day to day issue and problems related to products and packing.
- Execution of work amongst the down line including Managers, Senior Executives, Executives, Senior Officers and Officers in packing area.
- Handling of General Packing and Nutraceutical Packing.
- To ensure the whole area and machine are under control/clean .
- To make indent approval and follow up for requirements of packing departments.
- Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production (packing) activities.
- To ensure total department related documentation as per cGMP/GDP/DI /SOP/BPR/ Qualifications.
- Implementation of the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
- Handling of SAP HANA, BRMS and Track wise related work to make indent and follow up for requirements of production (packing) department.
- To prepare daily and monthly report.
- Should have exposure in lean manufacturing and OEE
