Job Description
- Candidate able to perform Electrical and automation Basic design and detailed Engg for API projects
- Preparation of Project estimation with schedule milestone - micro activity chart
- Preparation of Project scheme for electrical and automation projects
- Preparation of system architecture - automation philosophy - IPD- process recipe - etc
- Must be familiar with HT - LT and plant electrical along with API plant automation for process and utility with 21 cfr compliance
- Project co-ordination with site for URS- Data sheet completion - TC completion
- Tracking of Project Progress as per master schedule , highlighting critical deviation with action
- Co-ordination with Project consultant for basic and detailed engg for electrical and automation scope
- Co-ordination with Purchase team for procurement completion giving required input details
- Co-ordination with vendors for technical discussion- quote - drawing receipt and approval
- Co-ordination with vendors / contractors for periodic inspection and timely completion of job
- Co-ordination inter-department streams involving mechanical- Process -Production for timely execution
- Co-ordinate with All API site for automation Projects - Project execution - executed project performance review- support in trouble shooting - tracking of project activity
- Preparation of monthly report for all ongoing project - budget tracking - PR-PO tracking for timely completion
- Site project execution - coordination with all stake holders for timely completion of projects
