Job Description
- Preparation and revision of Equipment Qualification Master Plan (EQMP), Qualification and Requalification Protocols.
- To prepare and revise SOP and forms as per EDMS procedure.
- Preparation and revision of all schedules - PM, RQ, BM, Filter Cleaning and Replacement.
- Review of qualification reports, records and schedules.
- To co - ordinate with engineering team for all audits (Customer, CC / CQ), regulatory inspection and compliance follow - up.
- To initiate and complete the change control, internal audit and deviation activities through trackwise system.
- Prepare the investigation report for deviation.
- To initiate the continual improvement activities in the documentation system.
- To initiate the cGMP related activities in the documentation system.
- To co - ordinate with QA people at the time of audits.
- To act as approved trainer and coach for engineering departments.
- To make indent for stationary items related to documentation.
- To attend all equipment breakdown and modification activities.
- To do the erection, commissioning and qualification of new equipment / existing equipment.
- To review contractors bills.
- To make Indent for all equipment spares.
- To plan and carry out the all scheduled activities.
- To handle QMS related activity in system software application. (i. e. Track wise, EDMS, LMS, SAP etc. , )
