Role: Secretary - IT

• Maintaining calendar & sending invites for the meetings on Stakeholder s behalf.
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Compose letters, memos and emails
• Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.
• Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
• Managing databases.
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaisoning with relevant organisations and clients
• Processing bills or reimbursement
• Processing bills related to IT in SAP
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 5+
