New Account Activations:
- Connect with the leads as provided by the bank for providing them demo on the online and mobile platform.
- Resolve basis level online trading related queries such as password reset, user blocked, fund transfer issue etc and enable customer to trade with ease.
Lead Generation callout:
- Connect with the prospects who have expressed interest through our various campaigns run on our ABM Website and various applications.
- Present the product and proposition to the prospects, seek meeting appointments, and convert the clients.
Cross - Sell and Up Sell calling:
- Connect with the existing customer base for promoting the ABC products
- Also does a need-based selling by doing a risk profiling of the customer.
