Sales Manager Home Loans

Sales Manager Direct / DSA (Home Loan & Loan Against Property - LAP) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role requires connecting with Direct channel like Builders, connectors, brokers, references.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new customers, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The officer will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to all customers.

Criteria -

• Sales Manager Direct / DST : Minimum 04 years of Sales with Team handling, 50L ticket LAP / HL product from Direct channel.

• We would need candidates from NBFC domain only, else Banking candidates may also be considered from Assets Direct / DSA sourcing background but not from CASA / liabilities / Insurance etc verticals.

• Any Graduate with less than 32yrs of Age

• Preferably Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice
