Job Title: Relationship Officer - Retail - (Home Loan & LAP)

Job Description

The Relationship Officer - Retail (Home Loan & Loan Against Property - LAP) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the retail sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new customers, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The officer will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to all customers.

Mandatory Skills - Knowledge of local real estate markets

• Age: Below 32 years

• Locations - Hyderabad, Tirupathi, Chittoor, Nellore, Eluru, Ongole, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Palacole, Warangal, Mahbubnagar,

• Two Wheeler is Mandatory

• Qualifications: 10+2 with relevant experience

• Willingness to work in open market sourcing for Housing Loans

• No employment gaps in their professional career
