Multiple Product Role (Insurance, lending, investment etc)

1) Business Quadrant:

• Based on sales targets agreed with the Business Head. (Multi - Product Role, insurance, lending, housing finance etc)
• A reflection of the team targets of the BPG Team (ex- worksite)
• This will be measured in customer satisfaction surveys for the Business Partners
• New Business Partner onboarding assistance & activation
• Sales achievement across products offered
• Support to the Business Partners for all their revenue recognition & commissions issue resolution

2) Process Quadrant

• Ensuring that all aspects of the SOP & TAT for the VRM team is adhered in entirety.
• Ensuring no non-conformities during audit. Improve efficiency of the process through automation.
• Ensuring that the BPs are kept well informed about our processes and their adherence.

3) Customer Quadrant

• Focus on ensuring that Mission Happiness is executed across relevant business partners
• Ensuring focus on complaints being recorded adequately & resolved within pre agreed TATs including escalation matrices being developed and adhered to.

4) Learning Quadrant

• Focusing on self-development as well that of the business partners to ensure relevance in business
• Ensuring that all regulatory tests and standards including but not only the relevant certifications are adhered to, at all times.
