Job Description
- Relationship officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets as agreed with the Branch Sales Manager, in terms of targeted book size, cross selling of products, profitability, growth & customer service objectives.
- Scan the local market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis
- Work on assigned and identified prospect list for client relationship and interact with ground level client stakeholders
- Understand and communicate understanding of product and explain the benefits to customer
- Address customer complaints and escalate critical cases to Branch Manager as required.
- Focus on different distribution channels, work with Branch manager for complex/critical cases
- Work with Risk, Operations and sales governance team to ensure adherence to risk management
- Prepare systematic and accurate MIS on NPAs and credit trends.
- Product LAP, PL and BL (Majorly they will be handling LAP)
- Need candidates who have good experience in secured LAP or Affordable LAP/Micro LAP/Micro Finance.
- Monthly target per RO will be 15 Lacs.
- Person will have to take care of areas within 50 kms of the location.
- Should be earning monthly incentives
