Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team asa Maintain Facility & Soft Services for the Corporate Office at Bengaluru. In this role,you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring thecleanliness and maintenance of our office.
- You will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks, such as managing eventcalendars, briefing staff, coordinating and assisting in organizing events.
- Additionally,you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and physical upkeep, includingmanaging HK staff, inspecting facilities, and addressing any maintenance issues thatarise.
- The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, resourceful, and able to work
- Proven experience in facility management / soft services / managing HK staff
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of chemical usages, health and safety regulations and best practices.
