Job Description: Customer Support Executive.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused with willing to take sales goal Customer Support Executive. This role involves managing customer interactions, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to connect with customers and partners to achieve business goals.



Key Responsibilities: (Sales)

Customer Interaction:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers (service providers registered with Sulekha).
    • Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with the platform.
    • Work to ensure customers remain active and engaged within the Sulekha ecosystem.

Requirement Fulfillment:

    • Connect with users to understand their requirements thoroughly.
    • Facilitate customer registration with Sulekhas partners by aligning their needs with available services.

Revenue Accountability:

    • Take ownership of individual revenue targets by meeting client-specific goals.
    • Proactively engage with customers and partners to maximize revenue opportunities.

Market Understanding & Partner Engagement:

    • Stay updated on current market trends and openings.
    • Speak with business partners in the US to identify their manpower needs and onboard them to the Sulekha platform.
    • Assist business partners in sourcing the right resources for their operational requirements.

Language Required:

  • Fluency in Telegu and Hindi is a must.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess and understand customer needs effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and the ability to build partnerships.
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Personal requirement

  • Strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
  • The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with angry customers, well-presented, tactful, and polite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ambitious and flexible

Other aspects

  • Willing to work under US shift - 8pm to 5am, reporting to Sr. Manager,
  • Must be based out from Chennai and support team members
  • No travel
  • Previous experience, especially in particular industry (International customer service/sales), preferred.
