HR Intern

. Responsibilities:

• Assist the human resources team in recruiting to provide an engaging and exceptional candidate experience.
  
• Collaborate with HR and co-founders to source, define selection criteria, target candidates, and recruit potential employees.
  
• Build and implement effective candidate generation strategies using online portals.
  
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, feedback documentation, and in-person interviews.
  
• Evaluate candidate information, such as resumes and contact details, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System.
  
• Develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
  
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
  
• Perform administrative tasks.
  
• Provide assistance on additional ad hoc projects as needed.
  
  
  
  Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college student, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration.
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
