Chief Executive Officer - Fashion Export Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Lead the company in setting and executing long-term strategies to ensure growth and profitability.

- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it at key industry events, meetings with stakeholders, and in public communications.

Operations and Manufacturing Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes in multiple factories.

- Ensure efficient production workflows, cost management, and on-time delivery of products.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the company.

Business Development and Client Relations:
