Tendering Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Tender Manager specializing in the medical equipment sector. Immediate joining is needed for this role. In this position, you will lead the tendering process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering competitive bids for healthcare projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process for medical equipment projects, including reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Analyze tender specifications and requirements to prepare comprehensive bid proposals aligned with healthcare industry standards and client needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to gather necessary information and develop compelling tender submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage contractual terms and conditions during the tendering phase, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FDA, CE).
• Maintain a detailed database of tender documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping and version control.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the medical equipment sector to identify opportunities and risks for tender submissions.
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for medical equipment procurement.

• Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred.)
• Proven track record as a Tender Manager or similar role within the medical equipment industry, with deep understanding of tendering processes and healthcare regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and regulatory documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing state and central government tenders within the medical equipment industry.
