Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies for both the Indian and global markets, aimed at driving user acquisition.
• Identify and target key customer segments through data-driven insights and market research to optimize marketing efforts.
• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising for user acquisition.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize the user journey, enhance user experience, and drive conversions for new acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI (Return on Investment), and overall campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Leverage A/B testing, user feedback, and other data sources to continuously refine and improve marketing tactics.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize return on investment.
• Create and maintain a robust marketing funnel, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing, and conversion for offline stores.
• Develop content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across different regions, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and execution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts.

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on both Indian and global markets.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale marketing campaigns and driving significant user growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush).
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in both Indian and global contexts.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for metrics and results.
• Flexibility to travel as required for business needs.
