We are looking for an HR Manager with expertise in workforce management and employee productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Well-being: Implement programs and policies that promote employee well-being, including health and wellness initiatives.
- HR Metrics: Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce productivity, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
- Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
