Job Description
As an Accountant at Sturdy Groups, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. In addition to standard accounting responsibilities, you will be responsible for handling vendor payments, sending timely payment reminders to clients, managing materials orders, and maintaining detailed transaction logs.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Vendor Payments:
- Manage and process vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and address payment inquiries.
Client Payments Reminder:
- Send timely reminders to clients for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues.
Materials Order Management:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to facilitate materials orders.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of material expenses.
Transaction Logs:
- Maintain detailed and organized transaction logs for all financial activities.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
