We are looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Visualizer to play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into compelling visualizations. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard rendering and modeling tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual storytelling of our projects and enhance the overall impact of our designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visualization Creation: Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that effectively communicate design concepts and project aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design objectives and produce visualizations that align with project goals.
- Modeling: Create and manipulate 3D models of architectural designs using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Material and Lighting Design: Implement realistic material and lighting solutions to enhance the visual appeal of renderings.
- Post-Production: Edit and refine visualizations using post-production software to achieve desired effects and quality.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the final output.
- Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in visualization techniques.
