Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of these critical elements in construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project designs, contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of our built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- MEP Design: Lead the design and engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a range of building projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- System Analysis: Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize the performance and efficiency of MEP systems.
- Budgeting and Scheduling: Manage the MEP aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with project management teams.
- Quality Assurance: Review and oversee the production of detailed MEP drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Code Compliance: Stay current with industry codes, regulations, and advancements, ensuring all MEP systems meet or exceed applicable standards.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and performance of MEP systems, addressing any issues that may arise.
