Your assigned responsibility is predominantly to manage and develop the companys business in the North Indian market and successfully cater to the service requirements and project execution
Initiating and handling of sales activities and business development initiatives
Meeting existing customers to understand their needs and expansion plansMeeting with consultants and new customers to estimate business growth
Attending to all necessary sales / project and service related issues as required
PR activities to increase brand visibility and product awarenessPreparation of branch budget for operations in Northern RegionCollection and Control on outstanding payments and TDS certificates
Ensuring companies compliance to all statutory requirements for NCR and North India in terms of sales Tax returns filing on time / ESIC returns / PF returns etc
You shall assist in conducting training programs, fix prior training schedule and agenda with HOto strengthen the technical competence of the on field sales/service personnels
Control on cost and material accountability for service and projectsHR related activities from time to time
Co-ordination with HO on all matters specially matters pertaining to accounting and finance
