Job Description
- Responsible for and ensuring migration of existing non ERP based payroll process into SAP and successful implementation of payroll module in SAP
- Responsible for all required statutory compliance is done on respective department websites (portal) PF/ESIC/PT/LWF etc. for PAN India
- Ensuring and Responsible for monthly payroll processing correctly and timely basis for PAN India
- Followup with branches for timely updation of attendance and leave records
- Design, develop and update to management new HR processes to improve the efficiency/productivity of the existing system
- Ensuring all labor Compliance related work for employees as well as contractor s employees are carried out in a correct, timely, and efficient manner.
- Responsible for all HR related reports, MIS, etc generated from SAP or prepared separately
- Ensuring full and final settlements are done correctly in SAP and completing all exit formalities
- Responsible for all HR related activities and labor compliance related activities for the Factory as well as all branches
- Attending and ensuring timely completion of any compliance audits carried out by clients, ISO certifications, or any other audit requirements
- Responsible for any other work assigned to you from time to time
