Logistics Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our factory's supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory records, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. This role involves overseeing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of materials, managing all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics/ Vehicles.
• Coordinate and oversee the project required goods, ensuring GST compliance with regulatory requirements and timely delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring the accurate flow of goods in and out of the factory.
• Build and manage relationships with transport providers, vendors, and suppliers to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
• Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any issues to avoid delays in the supply chain.
• Implement best practices in logistics management to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare logistics reports and updates for senior management, highlighting performance and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in a factory setting.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, practices, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools for inventory and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
