We are hiring for Sales & Business Development Executive - Senior/Junior/Lead Role

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BD/Sales is mandatory.
• Candidate should have strong experience in Logistics - Freight Forwarding Sales & Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building business relationships with clients.
• Bringing in new clients/customers for the organization.
• Developing customized sales strategies.
• Undertaking cross-selling and up-selling
• Coordinating commercial activities with the customer service team
• Maintaining and managing financial forecasts
• Creating a sales pipeline.
• Maintaining a database of prospective clients
• Working with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
• Analyse sales data to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  

Other Details:

• Both Male & Female candidate can apply.
• Location - Chetpet, Chennai.
• Monday - Friday Working (9.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary - Minimum 30% hike from last drawn (Varies for candidates with desired experience and knowledge.
