Commercial Documentation Executive

We seek a detail-oriented Commercial Documentation Executive to efficiently manage and oversee all commercial documentation processes within the Business Development Department. This role requires ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Ensure all commercial documentation adheres to legal and company policies.
• Work with sales, legal, and finance teams to collect required information for documentation processing.
• Facilitate KYC (Know Your Customer) and onboarding processes while ensuring timely closure of all document-related matters.
• Maintain well-organized, accurate records of all commercial documents.
• Identify and implement best practices to optimize documentation workflow.
• Generate regular reports on documentation status, challenges, and improvements for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
• Ability to review and process documents with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for effective client and internal team coordination.
• Ability to resolve documentation issues efficiently and adapt to changing business needs.
