We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you ll work closely with developers, technical leads and architects and product managers, to document web applications, data integration processes, APIs, and end-to-end system flows. You ll be responsible for creating a variety of technical content, like product documentation, API documentation, front-end documentation, user manuals support guides and technical blogs. This role is all about making technical information clear, accessible, and actionable for different audiences

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously update documentation for web applications, data integration processes, and technical workflows.

• Write clear, structured, and developer-friendly API docs, including request/response examples, authentication methods, and usage guidelines.

• Capture and explain system architecture, data flow, and integration points between different applications.

• Craft step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for both technical and non-technical users.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, QA teams, and support teams to gather insights and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Leverage industry-standard tools like Markdown, Swagger, Confluence, or similar platforms for structured documentation.

• Document UI components, user interactions, and design guidelines for front-end applications.

• Simplify complex technical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content for both internal and external audiences.

• Define style guides, templates, and documentation workflows to ensure consistency and clarity.

• Provide suggestions on improving technical documents, structure, and content strategies while continuously learning about new technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications Skills:

• At least 6 years of experience in technical writing for software products, web applications, or data integration projects.

• Graduation in computer science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Prior experience in writing documentation from scratch for tech products or SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

• Ability to create structured and detailed product, API, and system documentation.

• Familiarity with front-end, back-end, and data flow concepts.

• Experience writing API guides using tools like Swagger, Postman, or similar tools.

• Proficiency in tools like Git, Confluence, Markdown or Sphinx.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX elements and interaction design.

• Knowledge of best practices for clarity, consistency, and usability.

• CI/CD workflows, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system deployment processes is a plus.

• Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams.
