Business Head - Agri/Chemicals/Pharma Business (20-25 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong techno-commercial background, ideally from the crop protection or pharma industry, to take on a Business Head - level role. The role has a Business Development aspect but is now more focused on managing overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end API manufacturing, facility management, raw materials, and chemicals.

- Oversee B2B and export sales, with added responsibilities in Sales and Marketing.

- Lead and collaborate with NPD (New Product Development) and registration teams.

- Manage various department heads (Safety, Maintenance, R&D) reporting to this role.

- Drive P&L, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth and leading organizational transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 20-25 years of experience in Agri/allied chemicals or pharma industry.

- Graduate/PG in Engineering (preferably Chemical Technology) with a Full-Time MBA or Management Studies from a reputed Business School.

- Proven experience in managing overall business operations, including export markets, B2B Sales, and manufacturing.

- Should have hands-on experience in P&L management and growth leadership.
