Manual Quality Analyst - CRM Testing (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manual QA Engineer with a strong focus on CRM applications to join our growing team in Ahmedabad/Vadodara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Thoroughly review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities effectively.

- Execute test cases meticulously and document results accurately.

- Identify, record, document, and track bugs in a clear and concise manner using a bug tracking system.

- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure that bug fixes do not introduce new issues.

- Develop and apply robust testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs and improve overall quality.

- Liaise effectively with internal teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to understand system requirements, communicate testing progress, and resolve issues.

- Monitor debugging processes and provide feedback to development teams.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in API and Performance testing.

- In-depth knowledge of CRM applications and their functionalities.

- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open-source tools (a plus).

Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of professional experience in Manual QA.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred
