Quality Analyst - Manual/Automation Testing (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Test Planning and Strategy :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.

Test Case Design and Execution :

- Create detailed and well-organized test cases based on functional and technical requirements.

- Execute test cases manually and ensure thorough test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Salesforce Testing is a Plus :

- Conduct testing of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.

- Validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce applications.

Regression Testing :

- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand the application workflow and user scenarios.

- Clearly communicate test results and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.

Documentation :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.

Continuous Improvement :

- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing.

- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.

- Proven experience with usage of selenium web driver.

- Experience with manual testing of Salesforce applications, including customizations and integrations is a plus.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform, Selenium Web driver and Regression Testing.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
