Marketing Executive

We have an immediate requirement for Marketing Executives (03 positions) for the West Region, covering Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi.

Role Details:
Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi
Region: West
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in BTL marketing (preferably in the textile industry).
Language Preference: English & Hindi
Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:
Possess fair technical knowledge of all media used in BTL activations, OOH, and Retail branding.
Organize BTL activations, in-store promotions, events, and conference meets.
Handle large regions to successfully execute marketing projects.
Be responsible for retail branding and ensure brand visibility in the market.
Adopt a Go-To-Market attitude, track competitor activities, engage with trades, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Manage new product launches and deploy POSM (Point of Sale Materials) effectively in the market.
Act as a Brand Custodian for the assigned region, support trade partners, and fulfill marketing requirements within deadlines.
Analyze sales trends in the region and identify gaps for improvement.
Ensure quality control in all marketing activations and branding exercises.
Exhibit strong negotiation and vendor management skills for efficient execution of tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing (preferably in the textile industry).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple locations.
Proven experience in handling vendor development and execution of marketing projects.
