Customer Care Executive (Female Only)

We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Care Executive role exclusively for female candidates at our Bangalore location (HSR Layout).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer care role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face interview in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
