Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - Application Developer

Immediate Hiring: Application Developer Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

You will collaborate with teams to understand business needs, develop application modules, and ensure seamless functionality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective performance.
Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational strategies.
Engage with multiple teams and provide innovative solutions.
Design, develop, and implement application modules based on business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-have Skills:
Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities and modules.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll integration with other systems.
Designing and developing custom reports & interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Benefits modules.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security & role-based access control.

Additional Information:
Minimum 7.5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
This is an onsite position in Chennai.
Candidates must have completed a full-time 15-year education.
